I just had to post this picture of Ella after attending a birthday party at a store here called "girly girls". They went and got their nails painted and could choose from one of four hair styles. Ella (not a very girly girl) chose the "rock star" hair style and it was great!! She loved it too until this morning when she woke up and was in tears. He head hurt so bad from all the bobby pins. We quickly took them out and she had a great bath. She is such a fun, good, happy girl. We love her so much!!

when my now 8 year old was 6 she went to a party like that, she is kind of a tom boy and did not like the idea of getting her hair stretched every which way, so she opted for just the glitter and it was funny because she said the clothes they tried on were "trashy" (my word) and so she wore the fairy costume while everyone else looked like brittany spears, it is so funny i will tell her that story forever!
So cute. It makes me excited for Alice to get big enough for fun girl things!
