Sunday March 2nd was my main man Max's 4th birthday. I love this kid so much and I'll try to explain a little bit why here:

These pictures crack me up because they are SO TYPICAL MAX!! Or should I say Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde?
Max requested Pizza for his dinner and Paul thought I looked "so Betty Crocker" and he took these pictures. I had to add the second one because I wanted to point out my gracefulness in closing the oven with my foot. I wish I could say I made that lovely stuffed pizza from scratch, but I'll have to give the credit to Papa Murphy. I seriously LOVE THAT PLACE! I just picked it up the night before and kept it in the fridge until it was time to cook. VOILA!
I was laughing SO HARD when I took this picture in Wal-Mart the other day. Max insisted on bringing these toy glasses with him in the store. They once had dark lenses in them and were part of the "Cops" set he got for Christmas. Anyway, he wanted me to take a picture of him, so I did with my phone. When I saw the result I was ROLLING because he looks just like his Grandpa Colin!! I swear there is a picture of Grandpa with some large dark rimmed glasses and the nice buck teeth when he was about 10 or so. I've always thought he was the spittin' image...now I KNOW he is!!

Now you need to post some stuff about YOUR birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU to even though this is a day late. I wish I knew how to get into your blog and write a b-day tribute to you! I'm glad it sounded like a good one, and I'm still good for my treat I'm bringing by this week. Love you...you are such a great example to so many.

Thanks for the Papa Murphy's tip. I've never gotten that kind of pizza. We usually order the thin crust ones because that's what my mother-in-law likes (less calories) but I don't think they taste very good. Those look awesome!

Happy Birthday to Max and Happy Birthday to you! I admit that I totally spaced your bday so I'm glad I saw the previous comments! I need to sign up for that birthday alarm thing because I truly think birthday's are fun days for everyone. We all deserve to feel special at least one day a year right?!
Max is such funny little guy! He DOES look exactly like Colin! I know I've seen a picture just like that too. That was crackin me up! I hope he had a fabulous bday.

Max is one cute kid. Those pictures of him cracked me up. Glad to see there are other kids out there that wear interesting attire to stores! He would get along quite well with my Matt.
Loved the pizza. It made me think I had better pull out a phone book and see if we have those out here. My parents in Utah get them all the time.
And I laughed at you closing the oven door with your foot. That is something I do on a regular basis. We mom's just have to be very skilled in SO many areas!
Fisrt off, why do you look so gorgeous while cooking? I need a fancy apron bad! Second, Max is a cute kid and looks alot like you but I also think the pic with his glasses does look like Grandpa Kelly. Good mix I guess.
