Okay, I'm usually down with quirky, edgy, artsy artists and their authentic style. Here...I'm not buyin' it. I guess I'm one of the only ones, but I can't stand this guy. Seriously. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep watching idol if they keep talking about how he's the next big thing. I guess I'm officially old. Luckily tonight Simon had my back and said EXACTLY what I was thinking. Let's hope that America sends this guy back to Broadway and any other side shows he came from. He's creepy...and I'm done.

What was that last night?! We had some friends over who watch the show so we watched with them. I was in the other room when he came on & had to drop what I was doing to see him. It was painful. PAINFUL!!
I am so with you Kara! I can't stand him although my favorite is Megan Jo Corkey.

Yeah, his creep factor was MAJOR the other night. I DVR the Soup (on E) Joel McHale constantly mocks all reality shows and that guy has become his favorite fodder. Too funny.

I'm right there with ya, unfortunately, tho, I don't vote... I watch every episode, it's a family event, but we don't vote.. and all those tweens are sending in about 250 votes per girl, and thus he'll never make the bottom 3... maybe I should learn to vote... Kris Allen is our top choice!
Hey, just hopped on here from Allison's blog. I'm pretty sure I met you at blogapalooza last year. Anyway, I have to comment on this one because he needs at least one vote on here. :) I LOVE him. I love the crazy theatrical type when it comes to stuff like this. He's totally different. It's funny how different everybody's tastes are because some of the above comments don't like him, but loved Megan. Whereas I found her to be quite possibly the most annoying Idol contestant to date. That's all. :) Hope you're doing well and your post about your son Jack was so so sweet. What a cute little guy!
